List of Highest Himalaya mountain peaks in India
The range of the Great Himalayas is the highest of the mountains and is home to the world’s highest mountains. The peaks of the great Himalayan mountains are located in the Karakoram, Garhwal Himalayan, and Kanchenjunga centers. The highest peaks in India’s Himalayan Mountains are Kanchenjunga, Inanda Devi, and Camel. Most of the peaks are located in the state of Uttarakhand in India
1) The lizard
The highest mountain, Kangchenjunga, is located on the border between India and Nepal in the Himalayas, Sikkim. The Kangchenjunga section consists of five peaks and the district has twelve other peaks over 7,000 m (23,000 ft).

Kamat is the second highest peak in the Garhwal Himalayas and the third highest peak in the mountains of India at 7,756 m (25,446 ft). Mount Kamet is surrounded by three large peaks surrounding it and lies very close to Tibet.

Saltoro Kangri is the world’s 31 most independent mountain peak at an altitude of 7,742 meters (25,400 ft) in Kashmir.

5) Saser Kangri
Saser Kangri is a group of five high mountains located in the Saser Muztagh range in Jammu and Kashmir. Saser Muztagh is one of the lists under the great Karakoram expedition in the southeastern part of the Karakoram range. Saser Kangri I is the highest peak among all the 7,672 meters (25,171 ft) high.

6) iMamostong Kangri
Mamostong Kangri is located at an altitude of 7,516 m (24,659 ft) in the remote Siachen Glacier. Mamostong Kangri is ranked 48th in the world.

The striped mountains lie northeast of the vast portion of the Siachen Glacier at an altitude of 7,385 feet (24,229 ft). Mount Rimo consists of four peaks, the Rimo I being the highest peak among them at 7,385 m (24,229 ft).

9) What happened
The Chaukhamba summit is the highest peak in the Gangotri group in the Garhwal Himalayan region of Uttarakhand. Gangotri Group has four peaks and Chaukhamba I is the highest with 7,138 meters (23,419 ft). Chaukhamba got its name because of the four main peaks in conjunction.

The group’s highest value is Trisul I at an altitude of 7,120 meters (23,359 ft). The three are named after King Shiva’s Trishul weapon, the mountain peaks of Trisul near the Inanda Devi shrine.
